NEW - Masahiro Genuine Practical Katana [Jan. 13th, 2006|02:55 pm]

Masahiro Genuine Practical Katana

This Masahiro Katana Samurai Sword is the most authentically traditional samurai sword supplied by the Spiral Online Shop, and is the first and only samurai sword designed for practical use.

The sword is equipped with an extremely durable carbon steel blade. The sword has an overall length of 39" and a 27" full tang blade. The tsuba (guard) takes a traditional oriental dragon design and the tsuka (handle) is wrapped with same (ray skin) and tied with quality cotton ito braid. The saya (scabbard) is made from lacquered wood. Comes complete with collector's inner and outer sword bags (wearable), emblazoned with the Masahiro crest.

The sword is even supplied with a traditional maintenance kit, including a mekugi-nuki (brass hammer), uchiko (whetstone powder), cloth, and bottle of kenyuu oil all attractively packaged in a wooden box.

This sword is a true collector's piece, and would be a prized possession of any martial arts, Samurai or Japanese culture enthusiast.

I'm Trellia, a.k.a sinju  and I'm the girl responsible for most of the graphic design and marketing for the Spiral Online Shop.  Which also means I'm the one responsible for keeping this journal updated.

I thought it'd be interesting to add some more "personal" entries every now and then.  So, here's the first.

If you have any questions at all about Spiral or our products, feel free to comment and ask me!

That's it for now...stay tuned...

NEW - Grim Reaper Noughts & Crosses/Tic-Tac-Toe [Sep. 27th, 2005|12:23 pm]

NEW - Grim Reaper Noughts & Crosses

A macabre twist on the classic game of noughts & crosses, or "tic-tac-toe."

Take turns to position one of the nine cubic counter displaying either the reaper ("nought") or his two crossed scythes ("cross") on the "slate-resin" grid. When finished, the counters can be returned to their 10cm x 10cm grimly elegant slate-resin box, and the grid flipped to function as the lid with the ghastly countenance of the Grim Reaper himself leering in the centre, framed by four red cabochon jewels.

An ideal unusual Gothic gift!

Price:  Only £15.00/$27.50!
